Summary: We had a great experience at this property. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from WKU and the location was perfect. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and it was an easy walk to campus.

Summary: Came in town for a wedding and loved the location! It was close to the venue and there was so much to do in town! Restaurants, breweries, and so much more to see and do around town, and most was easily in walking distance. The apartment was very clean and I always love having the feel of a house over being in a hotel! Would 100% recommend.

Summary: The property was very clean, well taken care of and had plenty of paper products. Keurig was available with pods which was a as nice touch. We had trouble with the lock once (my fault) and the owner was available immediately and was very helpful! Property is walking distance to downtown with shops and dining. We had a great time!

Summary: Wonderful apartment for my family of 5. We are all adults and had plenty of space. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the park and the restaurants/shops about a block away and catching a baseball game for the 4th of July. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Visit went really well. No need to communicate with the owner. Keypad was great. Wonderful location, especially for the wedding we were attending at The Charleston. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: WOW! Way more than we expected! A great home 2 1/2 BIG Bedrooms, 2 FULL BATHS, a nice Kitchen with modern and great working appliances (Incl. a Keurig with both pods and a traditional coffee pot), parking in the lot, a few board games to choose from, walking distance to Fountain Square (3 blocks), 10 minute drive to I-65. Avoid Scottsville at rush hour. Easy to find your way around, Corvette Museum, Nashville, Mammoth Cave are all a short drive away. Only drawback was the stairs up to the unit.
